Following his childhood Jason dedicated his education to studying his local housing market. Jason is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He majored in Economics and focused primarily on statistically building regressions for real estate valuation purposes using Stata and Excel. This education gives Jason a competitive advantage over other agents because it gives him an detailed understanding of the value of homes features and what any property should sell for in all areas of Orange County. Pricing a home correctly is extremely important when selling a home and submitting an offer in a sensitive market. He understands this and provides his customers with the best possible approach to their real estate needs.
